Refund policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Hygiene Notice for Press-On Nails: Once adhesive tabs or nail glue packaging is opened, or the nail set has been worn or used, returns will NOT be accepted for hygiene purposes.

1. If you receive defective, broken, incorrect items or missing accessories: Please send clear photos or videos as proof. We will offer a full refund or free replacement.
2. Returns for personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, change of mind): Items must be new, unused, and returned with original packaging and all accessories intact. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
3. Used items, items damaged by the customer, items with missing accessories, and opened adhesive or glue products are not eligible for return.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. If the return is not caused by our fault, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
